Ralls, a Chinese company blocked from building wind farms near a military site in Oregon, will sue Barack Obama. It’s the first time a US president has been sued for this kind of ruling. Lawyers will argue that the decision was unconstitutional and that the president exceeded his powers when he blocked building near a US naval testing site without giving a detailed justification. “The president is not above the law, even if national security is involved,” said an unnamed source.
