Activist investor Carl Icahn reports a 10% stake in Netflix

Activist investor Carl Icahn–known for buying into struggling companies to strong-arm management–disclosed that he had taken a 10% stake in the struggling movie rental giant. He took a stake in Yahoo when the company struggled. Netflix stock has since surged nearly 16%.
