US consumer credit declined by 1.5 percent from one year ago in July

Current Release (PDF) In July, total consumer credit decreased at a seasonally adjusted annual rate of 1-1/2 percent. Revolving credit decreased at an annual rate 6-3/4 percent, and nonrevolving credit increased at an annnual rate of 1 percent.
