BP's Putin meeting signals Arctic exploration deal with Rosneft

Talks between BP CEO Bob Dudley and Russian President Vladimir Putin indicate a potential deal in which the British company would sell half of its local oil venture, TNK-BP, to Russia’s Rosneft for cash, shares and access to oil or gas fields in the Arctic Sea.
