OPEC ministers keep output targets the same

OPEC oil ministers on Wednesday indicated they would keep present output targets unchanged, though remained undecided on who should fill a senior post coveted by both Saudi Arabia and Iran. Discussions in Vienna were heated over who would replace Secretary General, and Libyan national, Abdalla Salem ed-Badri, who is due to retire at the end of the year.
