The UK-based bank HSBC fired an undisclosed number of its employees for staging a mock ISIL execution during a team-building exercise in Birmingham, England, that began at a go-cart track.

They made a video of the incident, obtained by The Sun newspaper. It features five people in black balaclavas pretending to execute a co-worker, clad in an orange jumpsuit similar to those worn by ISIL prisoners. They use a coat hanger as a “knife,” make mock war-cry noises and yell out “Allahu Akbar.”

“This is an abhorrent video and HSBC would like to apologize for any offense caused,” a spokeswoman said. According to The Sun, the video was posted on Instagram and later deleted.
