Moths plagued the Euro 2016 final

A strange event has emerged from Sunday’s Euro final: it was plagued by moths. The winged creatures coated the stadium’s stands and equipment, and harassed players from France and Portugal, without discrimination.

One had the gall to flap its wings at the eyelashes of Cristiano Ronaldo, after he went down with an injury in the game’s first half. That moth now has a Twitter account, over 2,000 followers, and is likely seeking representation.
