As France begins to mourn for the more than 80 killed during Bastille Day celebrations in Nice yesterday, July 14, tributes have already started pouring in from around the world. In locations as far as Japan and Australia, communities of French ex-pats gathered to hear the latest updates, while expressions of solidarity have been made touchingly by people in India, Cambodia, and elsewhere as more awake to the tragic news.
