What Hurricane Matthew looks like on the ground as it arrives in Florida


Hurricane Matthew made its way along Florida’s east coast on Friday (Oct. 7), largely sparing Miami and parts of South Florida, though it is still expected to bring more than a foot of rain and 9-foot storm surges, the AP reports. It arrived off the coast of Daytona Beach in the morning, after being downgraded to a Category 3 storm.
