Apple and Microsoft ditch OpenAI's board, ChatGPT can't beat Google Search: AI news roundup

ChatGPT might’ve kicked off a fast-paced artificial intelligence race and changed how people search for information, but it’s still no match for search-engine giant Google. On Monday, Bank of America analysts said in a note that Google’s global search market share grew to 91.1% in June, while ChatGPT’s web visits fell 12%.
