SUVs are getting bigger and bigger, but how does their trunk space hold up?

To find out, Consumer Reports created a list of mid-sized SUVs it tested that have the most cargo space. These vehicles, especially with the back seats down, should give you plenty of room to lug your Facebook $META Marketplace finds home, fit all your luggage for a long trip, or fill to the brim after a Costco $COST run.

Starting around $45,000, the Passport leads all two-row models with 47 cu. ft. of cargo space — and the floor sits at a height that makes loading heavy items easy on your back.

From $42,250, the CX-70 punches above its two-row status with 42 cu. ft. of cargo room once the seats are folded — an impressive amount considering its size.
