DENVER (AP) — DENVER (AP) — Gates Industrial Corp. (GTES) on Friday reported profit of $78.7 million in its third quarter.

On a per-share basis, the Denver-based company said it had profit of 29 cents. Earnings, adjusted for one-time gains and costs, were 35 cents per share.

The manufacturer of power transmission and fluid power systems posted revenue of $872.9 million in the period.

Gates Industrial expects full-year earnings in the range of $1.22 to $1.28 per share.
