Using Walmart as the baseline, Consumer Reports found where you can get deals above and below the national average

We’re all trying to save money at the supermarket. And it’s no secret that where you shop makes a big difference for your grocery bill.
Consumer Reports set out to find which major grocery chains are the most and least expensive.
It used Walmart $WMT as the standard grocer by price, in part because it’s also the largest and most common grocery chain in the country.
